Award Categories
1. Lifetime Achievement Award – Doctor
| Qualification | M.B.B.S |
| Eligibility | Doctors in modern medicine with a minimum of 25 years of service in the healthcare industry. |
| Nomination | Self-nomination or public nomination is allowed |
| Supporting Documents | Experience certificates, contributions, or details of any previous awards can be submitted. |
2. Lifetime Achievement Award – Nurse
| Qualification | GNM or B.Sc Nursing |
| Eligibility | Nurses with a minimum of 25 years of service in the healthcare industry. |
| Nomination | Self-nomination or public nomination is allowed |
| Supporting Documents | Experience certificates, contributions, or details of any previous awards can be submitted. |
3. Best Doctor of the Year
| Qualification | M.B.B.S |
| Eligibility | Doctors in modern medicine with a minimum of 5 years of service. |
| Nomination | Self-nomination is not allowed; nominations must come from public/private institutions or individuals. |
| Criteria | Must still be in service. Performance during 2023-2024 will be considered, along with contributions during the COVID-19 pandemic or other significant contributions. |
| Supporting Documents | Experience certificates, contributions, or details of any previous awards can be submitted. |
4. Best Nurse of the Year
| Qualification | GNM or B.Sc Nursing |
| Eligibility | Nurses with a minimum of 5 years of service. |
| Nomination | Self-nomination is not allowed; nominations must come from public/private institutions or individuals. |
| Criteria | Must still be in service. Performance during 2023-2024 will be considered, along with contributions during the COVID-19 pandemic or other significant contributions. |
| Supporting Documents | Experience certificates, contributions, or details of any previous awards can be submitted. |
5. Award for Best Paramedics
| Eligibility | Paramedical technicians with a minimum of 5 years of experience, working in private or public hospitals. |
| Age Limit | No age limit. |
| Criteria | Description of services and contributions to society must be submitted. |
| Supporting Documents | Experience certificates, contributions, or details of any previous awards can be submitted. |
6. Best CSR Activity for Healthcare Industry
| Eligibility | Any institution from any sector with at least 5 years of existence. |
| Nomination | Self-nomination or nominations from others are allowed. |
| Criteria | Any institution from any sector, not necessarily from the healthcare industry, that has made a positive contribution to the healthcare sector. Organizations under legal scrutiny are ineligible. |
7. Humanitarian Award
| Eligibility | Open to anyone in the healthcare industry for timely intervention to save a life (person or animal). |
| Age Limit | No age limit. |
| Experience | No experience required. |
Nomination Process
- Nominees can apply through self-nomination (where applicable) or be nominated by institutions or individuals.
