1. Student Support: Provide guidance and support to students
2. Behavior Management: Oversee disciplinary procedures and ensure a safe and inclusive campus environment.
3. Counseling Services:Coordinate counseling services for students
4. Social Emotional Curriculum: Develop and oversee Social Emotional programs and activities
5. Parent Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with parents regarding student progress, concerns,
and achievements.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with academic departments, administration, and support staff to ensure a
holistic approach to student development.
7. Professional Development: (1) Stay updated on best practices (2）
Provide professional development with the Residential Program Floor Supervisors.
8. Compliance:1. Child Protection Policy and Serve, 2. Serve as the Healthy and Safety Officer;
