Job Description

Workflow Specialist As a Workflow Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for optimizing and managing workflow processes within our organization. Your role will involve analyzing existing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will report directly to our Department Manager and you'll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the overall productivity of the organization by ensuring that workflows are streamlined and aligned with business objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in fostering collaboration among teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Analyze current workflow processes and identify areas for improvement. - Develop and implement workflow optimization strategies to enhance efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow integration. Key Responsibilities + Manage and optimize department processes and workflows + Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness + Oversee the implementation and maintenance of workflow technology tools and systems + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve coordination and communication + Track and manage department budget and expenses + Develop and deliver training programs to educate staff on workflow best practices + Monitor and assess the effectiveness of workflow initiatives and recommend improvements YOU MUST HAVE - 5+ years of experience in workflow management or a related field. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex workflows. - Proficiency in workflow management tools and software. WE VALUE - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. - Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
