The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the warehouse team continually supports all facets of operations, including inbound receiving, outbound shipping and logistics, and production control. The supervisor oversees all systematic and transactional activities, serves as the key resource for warehouse team members, and implements continuous improvement activities to increase replenishment efficiency and inventory accuracy. Responsibilities include supervising three primary warehouse teams across two facilities, ensuring timely unloading and put-away of inbound shipments, monitoring replenishment activities, providing training to new hires, managing personnel functions such as time card submissions and time off requests, generating quarterly cycle count plans with finance alignment, reviewing indirect material requests, and managing inventory of equipment and consumables while controlling costs. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 5-7 years of production or manufacturing experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, proficiency with ERP, WMS, and TMS platforms, strong communication skills, physical stamina, and a commitment to workplace safety.
