Contractor, UX Writing (TV)

We’re searching for a UX Writer to help create intuitive, high-impact experiences across TV products, including app, platform, and service.
The ideal candidate brings strong UX writing skills and a background in entertainment or streaming.

Description

You’ll help build customer experiences across multiple platforms including the TV operating system and app.
You’ll be an advocate for the user while also understanding the interests of marketing, business, and engineering groups.
You should be comfortable offering and receiving feedback and working closely with partners around the company.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Crafting copy within existing tone, language, and design systems
Working on feature development, naming, user flows, product logic, and education for several projects at once
Converging customer goals, business requirements, and brand values
Boiling down complex systems into coherent, concise, and compelling interface copy
Collaborating with designers and other writers to uncover and solve UI challenges
Addressing feedback and improving performance of our content
