Full Time Cashier/SalesTommy's Express in Lombard, IL is hiring an enthusiastic, confident Cashier/Sales Associate. This position will specialize in greeting our guests, helping them choose between our wash packages while promoting our unlimited monthly memberships and finishing the transaction through our point of sales system.Our unique innovative high-tech facility features the latest car wash technology and equipment. Customers experience the difference with our self-loading conveyor belt, an open bright wash tunnel, our environmentally friendly wash system, and our state-of-the art vacuum systems. We also offer guest conveniences, like the no-hassle monthly wash club that can be managed right from their phones. Responsibilities:

• Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales volume.
• Ensure a consistently great, positive customer experience for every guest.
• · Interact warmly with guests, explain our services, and assist guests with questions.
• · Communicate promotions and wash package details effectively·
• Process point-of-sale purchases·
• Assist guests as needed setting up their app and enrolling in monthly unlimited wash club memberships

Skills:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong upselling abilities with a focus on enhancing customer experience.
• Proficient in cash handling and familiarity with POS systems.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Confident, friendly, outgoing personality and energetic, inclusive spirit.
• Strong communications skills.
• Team player and customer focused.
• Comfortable with technology.
• Complete company training.
• Willingness to abide by our uniform and appearance standards.
• Must be 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
