Job Overview:

Under the direction of the Radiology Director and in collaboration with BHMG Radiology Practice Manager, the Supervisor supports the Chairman of Radiology with daily provider staffing assignments and management of the daily schedule.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High School Diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Minimum two years’ experience working in a hospital radiology department or freestanding imaging center
• Radiology experience preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Experience with PACS, EPIC, and Excel preferred

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Days
• On-call rotation required

Essential Functions:

• In collaboration with the BHMG Practice Manager, this position assists with provider onboarding, documentation and charge capture
• This role supports and facilitates operations for our BHMG Radiology Providers
• The Supervisor of Support Services will oversee the Radiology Support Department under the direction of the Radiology Director
• The Support Services Supervisor will establish daily staffing schedules, create assignments, monitor work flow, monitor billing and work queues and if necessary, create efficient systems to handle routine tasks
• This supervisor position supports CMC to maintain compliance with all applicable policies, regulations and laws
