Job Description Responsible for the daily operations of the construction site, from planning, coordinating and overseeing project subcontract activities, material orders and deliveries to support delivery of project in accordance with contract plans and specifications. Generally, tasks include scheduling subcontractor work in accordance with strict timeline, monitoring subcontractor performance, ensuring work corresponds with contract documents, support oversight of CQM and SSHO programs, maintaining owner relations and supporting oversight and controls for project finances.
