Job Description

NorthHill Technology Resources has a need for an Senior eDiscovery Consultant to support a critical Federal Program in Lorton, VA. This is a Full-Time role on-site role with our client, a highly-respected Federal Integrator. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance Job Description:

Provide technical and subject matter expertise to eDiscovery litigation support teams, ensuring adherence to defined processes, procedures, and workflows.
Lead, supervise, and mentor technical staff on the proper use of litigation support tools and best execution strategies.
Identify and document common data elements across multiple litigation support platforms.
Recommend, coordinate, and implement workflow changes, process improvements, and troubleshooting solutions.
Evaluate proposed changes for cost efficiency, technical feasibility, and organizational impact.
Oversee initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, data integrity, and data availability.
Collaborate with business units and litigation support staff to understand both business and technical requirements.
Develop and maintain performance metrics and traceability maps to gauge solution effectiveness and governance adherence.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required.
10+ years of professional experience.
5+ years of experience in litigation support, preferably eDiscovery.
3+ years of management or supervisory experience.
8+ years of Information Technology experience.
