Job Description

At Mindera, we develop websites and mobile applications for some of the most renowned brands in the world and various businesses. We are seeking to expand our team and are looking for a Senior Automation QA Engineer specialist in Salesforce CRM. This team will play a key part in supporting the growth of our Australian enterprise clients (retailers exceeding $1 billion in revenue).

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience working in a software engineering environment.
  • Fluent English communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM , including expertise in automated testing and test strategies tailored to Salesforce applications.
  • Experience in JavaScript/TypeScript and Playwright OR Java and Appium to execute automated testing efforts. Ideally, experience with both web and mobile testing.
  • Proven experience working in retail environments with a focus on eCommerce, collaborating with both technology and business teams to optimise customer and end-user experiences.
  • Proven experience working with onshore and offshore teams and leveraging asynchronous communication to deliver at pace.
  • Strong QA skills with hands-on experience in executing and improving product quality by working closely with cross-functional teams (developers, business analysts, customer service, operations, etc.).
  • Ability to drive end-to-end test strategies, taking complete responsibility for enhancing test coverage and product quality.
  • Ability to design, articulate, and execute functional, regression, and performance tests with a focus on expanding end-to-end test coverage.
  • Experience with various software development methodologies (SDLC, Agile, Waterfall)
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills with familiarity in using monitoring tools to identify and address bottlenecks.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to raise and discuss both challenges and suggestions.

  • Helping recruit and mentor engineers for our growing team in Vietnam.

  • Collaborating with teams around the world to upskill engineers and solve complex technical challenges.

  • Engaging with clients to advise on best practices for setting up and optimising their eCommerce platforms.

  • Working alongside technologists across the globe to deliver innovative and scalable solutions for enterprise clients.
