What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the face of the brand while working in residential neighborhoods throughout the Portland metro area
• Engage homeowners through door-to-door outreach and generate interest in our power washing and exterior cleaning services
• Conduct on-site estimates for residential and commercial clients
• Follow up on leads, close sales, and build lasting customer relationships
• Spend about 70% of your time in the field meeting clients, and 30% on writing estimates, training, and team collaboration

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of outside sales experience (door-to-door sales, field sales, or canvassing is a big plus)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and driven to exceed sales goals
• Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible field-based schedule
• Positive, confident attitude—rain or shine!
• Background in power washing, landscaping, pest control, or other home services is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
