TITLE INSURANCE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Location: Clearwater, FL

HYBRID

* MUST HAVE TITLE INDUSTRY AND/OR REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

Our client, a prestigious financial services company, is searching for a Title Insurance Sales Representative to join their Florida sales team in Clearwater . This is an exciting opportunity for a competitive , driven sales professional to grow their career while representing a respected brand in the title insurance and real estate market.

Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • 2–5 years of proven success in title/ real estate industry sales
  • Valid driver’s license required for territory travel
  • Additional Qualifications:
    • Background in the title insurance and/or real estate industries is REQUIRED
    • High-energy , results-driven , and PROFESSIONAL IN ALL ASPECTS ( APPEARANCE , DEMEANOR , PRESENTATION , ETC.)
    • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets in real estate, title insurance, or related industries
    • Skilled in leveraging social media , cold calling , networking , and both in-person and virtual meetings to build strong client relationships
    • Proficiency in sales database systems (Salesforce or similar)
    • Ability to adapt sales strategies to changing market conditions
    • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to tailor content to diverse client audiences
    • Persistent , accountable , and able to follow through on commitments with consistency

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a designated territory , securing new clients while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term retention
  • Utilize industry data and multiple lead sources to identify and compile targeted lists of prospective clients
  • Create and execute a call plan to engage qualified real estate agents, brokers, lenders, attorneys, and other industry professionals
  • Assess client needs and design customized solutions to meet business objectives
  • Deliver effective , tailored presentations to various audiences both virtually and in person
  • Maintain strong visibility in the market by attending real estate industry functions , networking events , and participating in community activities
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to create impactful local marketing content and social media strategies to support brand awareness and sales goals

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual Base Salary : $60,000-$80,000 , as determined by experience and market factors
