Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed roof inspections to identify signs of damage and wear, providing comprehensive reports and recommendations.
• Engage with clients to discuss their roofing needs, presenting solutions that align with their budget and expectations.
• Prepare and provide detailed quotations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Coordinate with the project management teams to ensure all client requirements are met efficiently.
• Monitor ongoing projects, attending site visits to ensure compliance with safety standards and customer specifications.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and roofing materials.
• Manage customer follow-up and ensure satisfaction post project completion.
• Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships to foster company loyalty and repeat business.
• Participate in training and development sessions to improve personal skills and enhance the service quality of the team.

Requirements

• Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide solutions under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, capable of effectively articulating complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Proven track record of handling customer service responsibilities with integrity and sensitivity.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Physical fitness necessary to perform the essential functions of the job safely.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies relevant to the roofing industry.
• Prior experience in roofing or construction is an advantage but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.
