CooperSurgical medical devices are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) –Turkey, ME and Africa . You will be tasked with developing the business within the regional market and increase sales and market shares through distribution channel partner management. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies in the region to drive sales, develop and manage distribution partner sales team, manage and renew contracts and pricing with customers, create a network of KOLs, training and excellence centres to support education and promotion of our clinical portfolio. The role will have responsibility for a clinical specialist to support field activities with distribution partners.
The successful candidate will drive the adoption, implementation and development of our existing surgical and obstetric portfolio solutions, evaluate new market opportunities and serve as a key liaison between product management and sales channels, which includes collaborating with various stakeholders to assess, prioritize and facilitate the development of customer content solutions to solve for customers’ toughest challenges.
In the field 60-70% of the time and the ideal candidate is located in Dubai or Turkey.
