What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one   in-home ABA therapy   to a child with autism
  
• Follow individualized treatment and behavior plans designed by a BCBA
  
• Collect and record data accurately using simple digital tools
  
• Collaborate with BCBAs and the clinical team for consistent, quality care
  
• Create a fun, supportive environment that fosters growth and progress
  

What We’re Looking For

• Active RBT certification (required)
  
• 1+ year of ABA therapy experience ( preferred, but not required )
  
• Passion for helping children with autism reach their full potential
  
• Reliable, compassionate, and eager to grow in the ABA field
  
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a home setting
