Job Description

The Executive Assistant will work directly with the CEO of a high-performing real estate business based in North Georgia. This role is ideal for a highly organized, self-motivated professional who excels in operations, project management, and team coordination. The ideal candidate will bring structure to the business, oversee daily execution across multiple team members—including virtual assistants—and support key marketing and administrative initiatives. The successful hire will play a critical role in ensuring the business runs efficiently and the CEO remains focused on high-level strategy and client service. Location: Buford, GA • Compensation: $55,000–$65,500 base + performance bonuses • Schedule: Full-time, hybrid (in-office 2x/week in Gainesville, GA) • Benefits: Healthcare stipend, paid holidays, vacation & personal days Responsibilities: • Manage internal projects and ensure timely execution across all team members • Oversee workflows and accountability for virtual assistants and vendors • Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for business systems • Coordinate marketing assets, campaigns, and content deliverables • Prepare listing packages, client materials, and event logistics • Communicate with vendors and partners to keep projects on track • Solve problems proactively and serve as the operational “hub” of the business Qualifications: • 5+ years in executive support, project coordination, or operations • Proven ability to manage details, meet deadlines, and drive accountability • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized and systems-oriented • Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRMs, and project management tools • Experience coordinating virtual assistants or remote teams is preferred • Real estate or professional services background is a plus About Company: KeyPoint Homes Group is a dynamic, high-touch real estate team that specializes in helping clients relocate to the North Georgia area.
