1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Materials, or Automotive Engineering related fields; 2. More than three years of experience as a process engineer in the automotive industry; 3. Familiar with high-end automotive manufacturing process standards in Italy; 4. Possess good problem-solving skills and a spirit of teamwork; 5. Fluent in English, proficiency in Italian is preferred. 1. Responsible for the design and optimization of automotive-related processes, as well as personnel training;2. Resolve technical issues arising during production to ensure process stability;3. Participate in the introduction of new products, formulate and improve process documentation;4. Promote process improvement projects to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
