Position Highlights
Full or part- time OT position serving a pediatric caseload in Humble, TX
Flexible scheduling options: Traditional 5x8-hour days, 4x10-hour or 3x12-hour shifts
$70-$85,000/yr + $3500 sign-on bonus

Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat pediatric clients using evidence-based Occupational Therapy methods
Develop individualized treatment plans to support developmental and functional goals
Collaborate closely with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members
Provide education and carryover strategies to families
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory guidelines
Participate in team meetings, mentorship programs, and ongoing clinical training
Qualifications
Current or pending Texas licensure as a Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
Pediatric experience preferred, but not required.
Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and collaboration skills
Passion for improving the lives of children and their families
