Job duties include but are not limited to:

Submitting medical and vision claims

• Resolving claim rejections through the clearinghouse daily and resubmitting claims

Working insurance receivable accounts

Investigating and problem-solving billing issues

Posting insurance payments

Answering billing-related inquiries

Requirements:

A successful candidate will have the following qualities:

At Least One Year Of Billing Experience Required

• Ability to read and understand insurance correspondence

Strong customer service skills

Advanced computer skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Interpersonal and communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment

Must be able to manage your time while meeting goals and assigned metrics

Ability to work in a hybrid role that includes several days of remote work and at least one day working in the office
