We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives in the cycling industry, covering both consumer and commercial segments. This role involves strategic planning, campaign execution, digital content development, and team leadership. The ideal candidate is a creative and analytical marketing professional with a passion for cycling and an understanding of the active lifestyle market.

Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement marketing programs to enhance brand presence within the cycling community.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies with measurable ROI.
• Oversee trade show planning, booking, and execution to increase brand visibility.
• Collaborate with sales, creative teams, and external partners to develop compelling campaigns and promotions.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across digital platforms, print, and in-person events.

Content Development & Digital Marketing

• Lead content strategy for emails, blogs, social media, and digital marketing to enhance engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with the social media team to create engaging content tailored for the cycling industry.
• Oversee website updates, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
• Support ambassador and influencer marketing initiatives to expand brand reach within the cycling and active lifestyle community.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with strategy and business objectives.
• Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, and product teams to drive cohesive marketing efforts.
• Work with external agencies to develop and optimize public relations efforts.

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the cycling, outdoor, or active lifestyle industries.
• Experience managing direct reports and fostering a results-driven team culture.
• Strong budget management skills and an understanding of marketing ROI.
• Proven experience in content development, digital marketing, and trade show execution.
• Familiarity with B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM software, email platforms, and social media management tools.
• Passion for cycling and an active lifestyle is a strong plus.
