MARKETING MANAGER

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. You will oversee all aspects of marketing, including market research, campaign management, digital marketing, and brand positioning. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership skills will be essential in achieving our marketing objectives and enhancing our market presence.

Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audience. Identify key market segments, analyze market trends, and define marketing objectives and KPIs.
  2. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure effective campaign implementation.
  3. Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency and develop brand positioning strategies. Manage brand guidelines, messaging, and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels.
  4. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities. Utilize market insights to drive marketing strategies and product/service enhancements.
  5. Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and online advertising. Monitor and analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  6. Lead Generation: Develop lead generation strategies and programs to expand the customer base. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead nurturing and conversion goals.
  7. Content Development: Create compelling and engaging content for marketing collateral, website, blogs, social media, and other channels. Ensure content is on-brand, relevant, and optimized for search engines.
  8. Marketing Analytics: Track, measure, and analyze marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics and tools. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  9. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Monitor expenses, negotiate contracts with vendors, and seek cost-effective marketing solutions.
  10. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Set clear goals, provide feedback and coaching, and encourage professional development.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  3. In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  4. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics tools.
  5. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
  6. Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  8. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  9. Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  10. Strong leadership and team management skills.
