- May oversee work activities of other supervisors

- Influences or provides input to forecasting and planning activities

- Must be a therapist
- Effectively lead the team throughout day to day operations
- Pull reports; productivity, quality etc.
- Maintain schedules

Required Qualifications - Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited program
- Current CA state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Experience in Orthopedic physical therapy (new graduates are also encouraged to apply)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage high patient caseload
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Experience leading projects or team
- Ability to be resilient and adaptive to changing environments
- Demonstrated innovative and continuous improvement mindset
- Experience with EPIC EMR
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel)
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
