* Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
* Experience coding and debugging Mainframe Platforms
* Strong hands-on knowledge of COBOL SQL coding, CICS, debugging and utilities
* Strong knowledge of CA-Scheduler, and IBM utilities
* Knowledge of MQSeries coding in both the batch and CICS environments
* JCL/PROC, VSAM, SYNCSORT and file-based interfaces
* CICS coding, performance/tuning/design concepts, debugging and utilities
* Strong Relational Database skills: DB2/ SQL and file-based interfaces
* Proficient with Xpediter, Intertest and other mainframe tools
* Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, VISIO
* Knowledge of XML a plus
