We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Interim VP/Director of Operations to lead critical initiatives for a valued credit union. This is a hands-on role where you'll leverage your expertise in marketing, mortgage, and lending platforms to drive operational excellence.

What You'll Do:
Elevate Marketing: Oversee the redesign of the credit union's website and mobile app, and develop effective email communication strategies.
Manage Vendor Transitions: Lead the smooth conversion of mortgage servicing and lending platforms, ensuring minimal disruption.
Drive Profitability: Develop and implement strategies to optimize account profitability and streamline operations.
Explore Innovations: Evaluate the potential utilization of new services like FedNow.
Ensure Compliance: Maintain compliance in all operational aspects and messaging.
What We're Looking For:
Credit Union Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience in credit union operations, including marketing, mortgage, and lending platforms.
Operations Leadership: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent (MBA preferred).
Strategic Thinking: Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Candescent/Digital Insight marketing tools.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage vendor conversions and operational transitions.
Adaptability: High capacity for multitasking and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
