We offer a competitive salary range of $72,000 - $133,000 based on your licensure level and experience.

Mental Health Counselor I (MA): $72,843 - $85,698
Mental Health Counselor II (Licensed MA): $87,412 - $102,838
Mental Health Counselor III (Post-Doc/Unlicensed Psychologist): $103,854 - $122,181
Mental Health Counselor IV (Licensed Psychologist): $113,201 - $133,178
Job Responsibilities
As part of our dedicated team, you will:
Provide culturally sensitive, client-centered individual, group, and family counseling and rehabilitation services.
Assist clients with referrals to community resources and connect them with case management services.
Conduct psychosocial assessments to understand patients' needs and help develop treatment plans.
Document and maintain clinical records in accordance with established standards and regulations.
Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and professional development training.
Collaborate with the primary care team to ensure integrated behavioral health care.
Offer immediate support and crisis intervention for patients with acute behavioral health issues.
Complete all required LPS 5150 Authorization certifications and provide officer-of-the-day support.
Foster an inclusive and positive team environment, establishing strong working relationships with colleagues from various backgrounds.
Perform other duties and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who have:
Licensure: ASW, AMFT, APCC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist in California
A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
At least one year of clinical experience in Integrated Behavioral Health, Specialty Mental Health, and/or Brief Therapy Models
Prior experience in a healthcare or behavioral health counseling setting is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of ethical standards and clinical care laws
Familiarity with DSM-V criteria for diagnosing behavioral health disorders
Experience with electronic health records and proficient documentation skills
Preferred experience with the IMPACT Model of Care and Managed Care Models
Fluent verbal and written communication in English; additional language skills (especially Spanish, Mandarin, or Vietnamese) are a plus
