Title: Account Manager / Inside Sales
Location: Jersey City, NJ (Onsite)
Hours: 10AM–6PM or 9AM–5PM (Mon–Fri)
Type: Direct Hire
Comments :  Position is convenient to Exchange Place and commuter light rail!  Parking available as well.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative / Account Manager to join our growing sales team. This role focuses on inside sales , lead generation, and client engagement in the medical and biotech industries. The ideal candidate is passionate about healthcare innovation and has a strong inside sales background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospects and existing clients
• Generate and follow up on leads
• Maintain detailed records in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Provide product information and support
• Address client questions, concerns, and troubleshooting needs
• Present new product offerings and solutions
• Support sales campaigns and special projects
• Deliver exceptional customer service and inside sales performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Biology or related field
• Proven inside sales experience (medical device or pharma preferred)
• Strong phone, verbal, and written communication skills
• Organized, adaptable, and goal-oriented
• Must be onsite daily

• Aesthetic & Anti-Aging Practices
• Hospitals & Health Systems
• Sports Medicine & Rehab Centers
