Base Pay: $42,500/year On Target Earnings: $65,000-$85,000/year Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Build relationships with customers and help them find the right flooring and tile solutions for their needs. • Follow up with new and existing clients to maximize opportunities. • Create proposals and close sales while providing an excellent customer experience. • Stay organized, track your progress, and consistently meet sales goals. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • Strong sales background (retail, outside sales, home improvement, or similar). • A results-driven mindset—you love setting goals and surpassing them. • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach. • Comfortable using software programs and staying on top of details.
