Job Description

Applied Innovation is seeking a Field Service Technician which will support the northern Michigan area. Hours are 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

• Troubleshooting and repair of copiers and printers at client locations.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Managing accurate inventory of parts and tools.
• Coordinating and scheduling repairs with clients.
• Working with your manager and other technicians to ensure client satisfaction

• Above-average mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.
• Self-starting attitude
• High school diploma
• Good driving record (no DUI's in the past 5 years)
