We're seeking a dedicated individual to support two high-performing, fast-paced Co-Founders in both professional and personal matters. As their dedicated EA/PA, you’ll act as a trusted partner who keeps their lives running smoothly - anticipating needs, coordinating complex schedules, and ensuring they’re set up for success at all times. The ideal candidate brings strong EQ, sound judgment, and startup-savvy experience.

The Role : Executive/Personal Assistant

The Location: San Mateo, CA (Hybrid)

The Money : $140k - $150k base

Day-to-Day:

• Manage and prioritize complex calendars, travel (domestic and international), and scheduling for business and personal events
• Coordinate logistics around roadshows, investor meetings, offsites, and family vacations
• Liaise with household staff (nanny and chef) as needed - no in-home presence required
• Offer proactive support: surface upcoming priorities, prep agendas, and ensure founders are briefed and ready
• Serve as a gatekeeper and point of coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders
