Job Title: Executive Assistant Job Description This high-level administrative position requires a candidate proficient in both English and Korean, who can effectively support executive functions. Responsibilities + Manage executive calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of meetings. + Provide comprehensive administrative support, including document preparation and correspondence. + Engage with stakeholders at all levels, demonstrating strong communication skills. + Adapt to business travel internationally as needed, maintaining flexibility. + Organize and prioritize multiple tasks, showcasing excellent organizational and time management skills. Essential Skills + Proficiency in English and Korean. + Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. + Strong organizational and time management abilities. + Effective communication and interpersonal skills. + Experience in administrative support and executive assistance. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bilingual in Korean. + Proactive and disciplined approach. + Outgoing personality with a go-getter attitude. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.33 - $32.33/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
