Job Description
**Job Title: Electronics Technician - Bench/Component Level**
**Responsibilities**
+ Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electronic components, parts, equipment, and systems, including testing, modifications, replacements, and repairs.
+ Complete documentation such as shop and work order records and submit required reports.
+ Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, procedures, and technical manuals.
+ Utilize the company database to locate parts and manuals.
+ Apply principles and basic theories of electronics, electrical circuitry, mathematics, testing, and elementary physics.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with radio equipment.
+ Aptitude for fine, detailed mechanical work and a high level of accuracy.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
+ Basic communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills.
+ Minimum two-year electronics degree or equivalent education, training, and experience.
+ Minimum two years of experience in the maintenance and repair of various types of avionic equipment such as autopilot, radios, radar, or transponders.
+ Proficiency with PCB soldering, auto-pilot, and radio repair is preferred.
+ Basic computer skills.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $61000.00/yr.
410K, profit sharing, medical , dental, vision. PTO

This is a fully onsite position in Van Nuys,CA.
