Job Description

**Job Title: Electronics Technician - Bench/Component Level** **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electronic components, parts, equipment, and systems, including testing, modifications, replacements, and repairs. + Complete documentation such as shop and work order records and submit required reports. + Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, procedures, and technical manuals. + Utilize the company database to locate parts and manuals. + Apply principles and basic theories of electronics, electrical circuitry, mathematics, testing, and elementary physics. **Essential Skills** + Experience with radio equipment. + Aptitude for fine, detailed mechanical work and a high level of accuracy. + Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously. + Basic communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills. + Minimum two-year electronics degree or equivalent education, training, and experience. + Minimum two years of experience in the maintenance and repair of various types of avionic equipment such as autopilot, radios, radar, or transponders. + Proficiency with PCB soldering, auto-pilot, and radio repair is preferred. + Basic computer skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must pass FAA/DOT compliance + High level of integrity and ethical standards. + Conscientious with a focus on quality and customer service. + Trustworthy, pleasant, and friendly demeanor. + Intrinsic motivation to set and achieve goals. + Ability to maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that promotes getting along with customers, co-workers, and managers. + Team player who promotes teamwork and company policies and procedures. + Professional demeanor with strong planning and organizational skills. **Why Work Here?** + We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment where teamwork and a positive atmosphere are valued. + Our company promotes professional development and provides opportunities for growth. + We are committed to maintaining high ethical standards and a strong focus on quality and customer service. **Work Environment** + You will be working in a well-equipped facility with access to advanced tools and technologies. + The work environment is supportive and team-oriented, promoting a positive and collaborative atmosphere. + Standard working hours apply, with a focus on maintaining a good work-life balance. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $61000.00/yr. 410K, profit sharing, medical , dental, vision.
