Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Assembler – PCB Boards

Location: Poway, CA

Schedule: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM | Overtime may be required

Position Overview:

A manufacturing facility in Poway is currently seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler with experience working on printed circuit boards (PCBs). This position is responsible for assembling and wiring electro-mechanical components with a strong emphasis on precision and quality. Ideal candidates will be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and install electronic and mechanical components onto PCBs and assemblies
• Interpret and follow detailed schematics, blueprints, and written work instructions
• Perform hand soldering, crimping, and basic wiring tasks
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and magnification equipment as needed
• Inspect individual components and final assemblies for defects or deviations
• Accurately complete production and quality control documentation
• Work closely with supervisors and peers to meet production deadlines
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment

Requirements:

• Prior experience with PCB or electro-mechanical assembly preferred
• Ability to read technical drawings and interpret instructions accurately
• Familiarity with soldering and use of common assembly tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively
• Capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
• May be required to use microscopes or magnifiers for inspection or assembly
