Full-Time Live-In Domestic Couple (Travel Required)
Location: Chevy Chase, MD (spring/summer) & Boca Raton, FL (winter)
Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 40 hours/week
Schedule is highly flexible and may vary based on the client’s needs.

Position Overview:
An independent, active client is seeking a dedicated and experienced live-in domestic couple to provide comprehensive household support, light companionship, and seasonal travel assistance. The couple will work as a team to ensure smooth daily operations, hospitality support, home upkeep, and comfort in both residences.

Primary Responsibilities:
As a team, responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Preparing light breakfast and coffee each morning

• Cooking simple, healthy dinners (no gourmet experience required)

• Setting up for dinners when dining at home and assisting with clean-up afterward

• Assisting with meal service when guests are present, including cocktails, dinner, and dessert

• Driving the client to appointments, errands, and outings

• Grocery shopping and errands as needed

• Creating grocery, food, and cleaning supply lists in coordination with the housekeeper

• Assisting with guest and family luggage or personal items (must be able to reasonably lift moderately heavy items such as luggage)

• Tracking and reporting any household maintenance needs (indoor and outdoor)

• Managing the household calendar and appointment logistics

• Handling light administrative support (texts, calls, note-taking, emails)

• Travel with the client between homes (travel expenses covered)

Housekeeping & Home Maintenance:

• Light housekeeping and household organization

• Daily upkeep of bedrooms: making all beds, changing linens as guests/family depart

• Maintaining all bathrooms: showers, sinks, toilets, floors, restocking paper goods, towels, soaps, and shampoos

• Kitchen maintenance: keeping drawers, cabinets, and cookware clean and organized

• Dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, and interior cleaning tasks

• Maintaining outdoor furniture (patio and roof deck)

• Basic handyman tasks and small maintenance projects as needed

Ideal Couple:

• Experienced in private service and working as a team

• Discreet, professional, and relationship-oriented

• Flexible and proactive with excellent communication

• Organized and tech-savvy

• Comfortable with cats (no pet allergies)

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• At least one partner must have a valid driver’s license with a clean record

Compensation & Benefits:

• $125,000–$150,000/year DOE (combined)

• 2 weeks paid time off

• Private housing provided in both locations:

  • Chevy Chase, MD: Private apartment in a luxury residential building

  • Boca Raton, FL: Private bedroom in a 2-bedroom waterfront condo (Note: the client is in the process of purchasing a new home to replace this condo)
