What You'll Do:

Lead and mentor the social media team, guiding them to deliver high-performance campaigns.

Oversee the creation of impactful content across all platforms, ensuring a cohesive brand voice and visual identity.
Foster collaboration across teams, ensuring that every campaign is both integrated and engaging.
Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering strategic recommendations for social media success.

What You Bring:

6-10 years of experience in digital marketing and social media, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven ability to create and lead successful social media strategies, particularly within paid media campaigns.
Deep understanding of social platforms, from content creation to advanced analytics.
Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience in pitching to potential clients.
A passion for storytelling and crafting content that resonates with audiences.
