We are seeking a Director of Digital Strategy - Social Media to lead dynamic and impactful social media campaigns for global brands. What You'll Do:

Lead and inspire the social media team, providing guidance to deliver exceptional campaigns.
Develop and implement data-driven strategies that align with client objectives, ensuring maximum ROI.
Oversee the creation of compelling content across all platforms, ensuring consistency in voice and visual identity.
Foster strong collaboration across teams to ensure seamless, integrated campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering strategic social media recommendations.

What You Bring:

6-10 years of experience in digital marketing and social media, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
A proven track record of creating and executing successful social media strategies, particularly within paid media campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, from content creation to advanced analytics.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience in pitching new business and building client relationships.
A passion for storytelling and creating content that resonates with diverse audiences.
