Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Digital Media Specialist to lead the planning, buying, execution, and reporting of our digital media campaigns, with a strong focus on programmatic and CTV. This person will own media execution within The Trade Desk and will also manage direct media buys, including trafficking and ad serving via Extreme Reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically plan and execute campaigns across CTV, Video, Display, and Audio.
• Manage day-to-day programmatic media buying within The Trade Desk.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns to meet performance goals and KPIs. 
• Oversee trafficking and creative delivery via Extreme Reach for direct media buys. 
• Analyze performance data and deliver actionable insights and comprehensive reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, analytics, strategy) to align on campaign goals.
• Stay current with emerging media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in digital media buying and planning.
• Proficient in The Trade Desk; experience managing full-cycle programmatic campaigns.
• Experience with CTV and video inventory, including both open exchange and PMP deals.
• Familiarity with Extreme Reach or similar ad serving platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines independently.

Preferred:

• Experience with audience segmentation, frequency control, and attribution modeling.
• Familiarity with brand safety, fraud prevention tools, and viewability standards.
