Job Description

The Digital Content Specialist will be responsible for overseeing digital content creation, deployment and tracking for digital online and offline communications for the Company. These digital mediums include, but are not limited to, our company website, social media channels, partner websites and display advertising, slot promotional screens, elevator screens, televisions, and property promotional screens.

Social Media & Online Engagement

• Implements strategic plans to drive consumer engagement and build loyal advocates across all relevant online and social media platforms.
• Recommends technologies, platforms, and programs to promote audience growth and engagement on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TripAdvisor, Yelp, and Expedia.
• Monitors messaging effectiveness and leverages social media responses to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partners with management to align social media messaging with the corporate marketing calendar and brand.
• Develops weekly social media and mobile marketing content that supports company initiatives.
• Provides coverage for social media tasks, including evenings/weekends, and collaborates with the graphics team on monthly signage installs

Content Creation & Multimedia

• Develops multimedia assets for social media, web, and on-property digital signage.
• Provides photography coverage for both on-site and off-site events.

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Develops, coordinates, and executes digital marketing campaigns aligned with revenue goals by crafting content messaging, managing deployment schedules, and communicating calendars with key stakeholders.
• Implements digital marketing strategies and coordinates social media campaigns, including creative asset selection, ad tactics, messaging, and offer strategy refinement to optimize results and track performance.
• Assesses performance metrics such as campaign analytics, brand/customer metrics, and ROI, and makes recommendations based on findings.
• Manages external partnerships and systems that support internal and external digital strategies.
• Manages special projects as assigned by supervisor.
