We're seeking a motivated, skilled General Dentist to step into a thriving full-time clinical role with a clear path to ownership through buyout of the existing practicing partner. This is a rare opportunity in Summerville, SC —a rapidly growing, high-demand community just outside of Charleston.

Full-Time Position: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: Tiered collections-based model with a 99% RCM/collections rate
30% of collections under $60,000
32% of collections between $60,000–$80,000
34% of collections over $80,000
Daily Guarantee: $700/day for the first 90 days
No lab or supply fees and no adjustments
