Dental Assistant

We are a well-established, 100% private fee-for-service dental practice located in downtown Sarasota, seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. Our office is high-end and concierge-style, focused on delivering exceptional cosmetic, restorative, and implant dentistry with a strong emphasis on relationship-based care.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance, detail-oriented environment and is seeking a long-term career within a collaborative and supportive team. We are fully staffed with two doctors (General Dentist & Prosthodontist) and a tight-knit clinical team committed to delivering quality over quantity.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time (In-person)
• Location: Sarasota, FL
• Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  Morning huddle begins at 7:30 AM

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $25 to $28 per/hour (depending on experience and performance)
• 401(k) with up to 5% employer match

Core Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat patients, take vital signs
• Take preliminary impressions using both physical materials and intraoral scanner
• Take radiographs and clinical photos
• Assist chairside during procedures
• Fabricate temporary crowns and bridges
• Take final impressions as needed
• Dismiss patients and maintain flow of clinical schedule
• Organize and file digital records: photos, scans, lab prescriptions, etc.

Technology & Tools You'll Use:

• Intraoral scanner
• Digital photography
• 3D printing systems
• Exocad (experience a plus, not required)
• Modern lab and diagnostic tools
• Dentrix (familiarity is a plus)

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong computer skills and digital workflow familiarity
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
• Skilled in fabricating temporaries and taking impressions
• Radiograph-certified with clinical photography experience
• Lives in or near Sarasota, FL
• Motivated to grow and learn advanced cosmetic/implant workflows
