**Job Title: Crane Operator** **Job Description** Operate the PTK31 crane safely and efficiently for material handling, equipment loading, and debris removal. Transport the crane to and from job sites using a company-provided fleet vehicle. Coordinate with project managers to plan and manage your weekly work schedule, and conduct pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance checks on both crane and fleet vehicle. Follow all company, state, and federal safety protocols, including DOT regulations. Assist with material staging and movement to ensure smooth job site operations. Maintain accurate logs of crane usage, site visits, and equipment records. Represent the company professionally on-site while collaborating with project teams. **Responsibilities** + Operate the PTK31 crane for material handling, equipment loading, and debris removal. + Transport the crane to and from job sites using a company-provided fleet vehicle. + Coordinate with project managers to plan and manage your weekly work schedule. + Conduct pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance checks on crane and fleet vehicle. + Follow all company, state, and federal safety protocols, including DOT regulations. + Assist with material staging and movement to ensure smooth job site operations. + Maintain accurate logs of crane usage, site visits, and equipment records. + Represent the company professionally on-site while collaborating with project teams. **Essential Skills** + Proven crane operation experience, PTK31 or similar models preferred. + Skilled in towing trailers and operating vehicle-mounted crane systems. + Ability to interpret load charts and execute lift plans safely. + Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to self-schedule effectively. + Physically capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions. + Certifications needed: OSHA 10/30, NCCCO certification. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with Telescopic Boom - Fixed Cab (TSS) is a plus. + Clean Motor Vehicle Record/Driver's License. + Experience driving a manual transmission truck and operating heavy equipment for unloading. + In-depth knowledge of crane operations, rigging techniques, and relevant safety regulations. + Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. + Ability to effectively work both independently and in a team environment. **Work Environment** 1st shift, Monday - Friday, with some Saturdays. Guaranteed 40 hours a week. Work outdoors on construction sites. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
