We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead and manage the operational and clinical functions of an assigned facility or territory. This role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and the ability to support both clients and staff in a dynamic environment. The Clinical Director will oversee case management, supervise staff at multiple levels, and ensure the highest standards of care and compliance with all clinical and regulatory requirements.
Directly manage all clinical and operational activities for the assigned facility or territory.
Supervise, train, and develop clinical staff including Assistant Clinical Directors, supervising BCBAs, BCBAs, BCaBAs, Behavior Consultants, and Behavior Technicians.
Oversee case management, ensuring client supervision, staff support, and family/parent training are consistently delivered.
Assist staff and clients through challenging situations, addressing concerns collaboratively with administrative teams.
Maintain caseload and client supervision requirements in compliance with payer and organizational guidelines.
Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments, developing high-quality treatment programs aligned with organizational policies and philosophy.
Coordinate clinical coverage across facilities or territories, adapting to schedule changes as needed.
Collaborate with regional leadership to ensure clinical needs are met across assigned areas.
Monitor client progress through treatment plan reviews, utilization checks, supervision documentation, and parent training outcomes.
Safeguard client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards.
Prepare and administer staff performance evaluations, working with Human Resources as appropriate.
Plan caseload distribution for the clinical team, collaborating with regional leadership to balance workloads.
Maintain flexibility in scheduling to support clinical teams and evolving facility needs.
Certification/Licensure: Active BCBA certification and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
Experience: Minimum 3 years in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or working with children with developmental disabilities.
Education: Masters degree required.
