Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all accounting functions to ensure financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. - Utilize accounting software systems to streamline financial operations. - Collaborate with ADP for financial services, ensuring seamless financial operations and compliance. - Implement and maintain business systems to enhance operational efficiency. - Use CRM tools for better management and tracking of customer interactions. - Conduct audits regularly to ensure financial compliance and integrity. - Manage budget processes, including planning, tracking, and reporting. - Oversee capital management strategies to optimize financial resources. - Perform cash flow analysis to forecast financial trends and inform business decisions.
