Our Back Office specialist should also make sure customers get exceptional customer service and an amazing customer experience. Provide critical business support for operational activities of the epay’s Retailer Support team. The primary responsibility is maintaining high service levels. The position coordinates with Finance staff, Sales Managers, Operations & Integrated system providers.
§ Collaborates with their Supervisor on re-engineering processes that will improve the efficiency of workflows and enhance the client experience with account transitions.
§ Handles escalated issues and follow up on outstanding issues promptly.
