Responsibilities:

  • Foster a positive and productive work environment by coaching and providing feedback to the team.
  • Educate Managers and Team Members on Chick-fil-A food service standards and productivity.
  • Coordinate with the front of house team to ensure food meets customer expectations.
  • Report to the Owner/Operator and work with other executive directors.
  • Ensure smooth back of house / BOH shifts and delegate tasks as needed.
  • Monitor and manage inventory for BOH and hospitality supplies.
  • Demonstrate understanding of key positions in the back of the store.
  • Evaluate and make changes based on Profit and Labor Reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years relevant work experience in food service, hospitality environment, or restaurant management is required.
  • Must have basic computer and iPad competencies.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for up to 8 hours, and be physically active for extended periods.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when necessary.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Ability to understand and evaluate the Profit and Labor Reports.
  • Open Availability preferred. Friday and Saturday availability required.
