Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Processor as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking Operations **In this role, you will:** + Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature + Receive, log, batch, and distribute work + File, photocopy, and answer phones + Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail + Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles + Work under close supervision following established procedures **Required Qualifications:** + 6+ months of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education **Desired Qualifications:** + Cash vault or cash handling experience + Knowledge and understanding of foreign currency + 10 key data entry + Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment + Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills + Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, windows, applications and utilize search tools to find information + Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills **Job Expectations:** + Training:(on the job training) + Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm (requires the flexibility to work additional hours to support business needs) + Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds (lifting/pulling) + Ability to work additional hours as needed + Ability to work some weekends and holidays as needed + This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship **Posting Location:** + 11050 Lake Underhill Rd, Orlando, Florida 32825 (Selected candidate must reside within a commutable distance to this location and must be able to work on-site at the posted ) **Posting End Date:** 18 Nov 2025 **_*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants._** **We Value Equal Opportunity** Wells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
