Job Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality dental care to patients in a compassionate and professional manner.
Perform routine and complex dental procedures, including examinations, fillings, crowns, and extractions.
Manage sedation techniques to ensure patient comfort during procedures.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with health care regulations.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to deliver seamless patient care.
Supervise administrative operations within the dental practice to ensure smooth workflow.
Educate patients on oral health best practices and preventive care options.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive working environment.

Essential Qualifications:

Doctorate degree from an accredited DDS/DMD Program (Â American Dental Institutions).
Valid dental license to practice in the state of Washington.
Strong knowledge of dental procedures, practices, and technology.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in administrative operations related to dental practice management.

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 1 year and maximum of 3 years of experience as a practicing dentist.
Experience in team management and patient relationship building.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
