Full-Time Associate Dentist needed in Hagerstown, MD!

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus | New Grads Welcome | 4-Day Work Week!

A busy, well-established private dental office in Hagerstown, MD is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our team. This modern, fully digital practice has served the community for over 40 years and is known for delivering high-quality, family-focused care. We welcome new graduates and offer mentorship as desired. The ideal candidate is committed to patient care, has strong ethics, and is comfortable with general and cosmetic dentistry. You must be open to seeing patients of all ages, including children. New grads will perform their own hygiene for the initial period.

Practice Highlights:

• Completely Fee-For-Service & PPO (No Medicaid)
• Fully Digital Office (Scanner, Digital X-Ray, etc.)
• Refers out Complex Endo, Oral Surgery, and all Orthodontic treatment (clear aligners too)
• Experienced support staff, very little turnover
• 30–40 NEW patients per month practice wide (Primarily Adult based care!)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Daily Rate: Up $750 for 3 months, then % of collections to follow (98% collection rate in office)
• Earning potential: $180K–$200K+ per year for NEW Dentist
• $10,000 sign-on bonus (after 90 days)
• CE allowance

Schedule: 4 Day Work week!

• Monday – Thursday (Off by 6:00 pm)
• Friday–Sunday: Closed
