🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee service requests and work order completion

• Manage unit turns and make-readies

• Help lead a small on-site team (great first step into supervision!)

• Implement preventative maintenance plans

• Work closely with the Property Manager on planning and budgeting

• Participate in an on-call rotation (1 week every 4 weeks)

• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks: painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry

✅ What You’ll Need:

• 2+ years of apartment or facilities maintenance experience

• HVAC experience is required

• Great communication and time management skills

• Willingness to lead and take initiative

Preferred:

• EPA Certification

• CPO Certification
