**Job Title: Aircraft Painter** **Job Description** + Prepare and paint aircraft, aircraft parts, and sub-assemblies based on provided specifications. + Strip paint from aircraft, aircraft parts, and sub-assemblies. + Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, steaming, cleaning, and conversion coating. + Cover areas to protect them from paint or stripper with appropriate materials. + Set up and operate shop equipment and tooling effectively. + Set up and use a spray gun for proper paint application. + Work safely in accordance with OSHA and company safety procedures. + Accurately log labor data into the computer system. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Complete assigned jobs within set time limits. **Pay** + $32/hr-$35/hr **Shift** + M-F 7a-3:30p + OT as business needs **Why Work Here?** Enjoy painting high-end business jets in a climate-controlled hangar. This role offers a contract-to-hire opportunity and operates during the first shift. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Little Rock, Arkansas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
